13 Apr How to send us your print-ready files and artwork
If you want to share your print-ready files with us, there are a number of different methods and services available.
Here, we take a look at some options:
If your file is small (under 20MB or sometimes 10MB) you can always email us directly. Just drop a line to studio@pandapress.net – remembering to include a covering note with your details so we know who you are.
WeTransfer
For larger files and folders, take a look at the Panda Press artwork upload page.
We use a file sharing application called WeTransfer to help us deliver this service. Clients can upload files up to 20GB on to the WeTransfer servers and we get an email notifying us that your artwork is waiting.
All you need to do is add the files when prompted, along with your email address and our email address – studio@pandapress.net, and a brief message with your details. Once we have downloaded them, you will get an email alert.
Our Website
If you’re looking for a quote and have artwork that’s ready to go, you can upload files using our online quote form.
We promise that it’s a user-friendly system but if you need any help, just give us a call on 01785 815110.
Dropbox
To use this service, you’ll first need to set up a Dropbox account if you haven’t done so already.
In return you’ll get 2GB of free online storage that can be accessed by any web browser, allowing you to share files with family, colleagues and us! Simply create a folder called ‘Panda Press and you company name’ in your Dropbox account, upload your images and select the ‘Share’ button.
Enter our email address when prompted – studio@pandapress.net and remember to include details of your order in the message box.
Not got an account? Use this link and you will get 500MB of bonus space.
In person
If you have transferred your print-ready artwork to a memory stick or even CD, you can always come and see us at our print and design studio in Stone:
1 Newcastle Street,
Stone,

ST15 8JU.
Remember…
Whatever method you choose, it’s important to save your files in PDF format. You can read more about the importance of file types by taking a look at our blog.
If you have any questions, we are always happy to help. To discuss your next print project, just give us a call on 01785 815110.
