12 Oct Panda Press can save you money!
Now that we’ve got your attention, allow us to explain…
Changes to the flat rate VAT scheme mean that spending money on your marketing, business items or (ahem!) print could now save you cash. So, all those flyers, signage, brochures, or business cards you’ve been meaning to print for ages but have never quite got around to; well, there’s never been a better time to order them.
We know print inside out, but we’re not accountants, so in a nutshell: Prior to 2017, a business would either pay standard VAT or a fixed flat rate according to its industry sector. However, in April, HMRC introduced a new 16.5% VAT flat rate for businesses with limited costs. Are you still with us?
It sounds great, but the new rate may not be the best option for your business. It could actually make more sense for your company to spend extra on relevant goods to help you stay on your existing flat rate percentage, rather than becoming a limited cost trader.
Nobody wants to pay more money than they absolutely have to. We’re well aware of this, which is why we firmly believe in offering a high-quality product at an affordable price. We’ve even called it the Panda Difference.
If you’re unsure on how to spend the cash, we’ve got a little package up our furry sleeves…
